Please note: Pictures at an Exhibition was sequenced for Roland GS (SC-88) and XG modules. If your synth does not support the XG controllers (for example, CC 71 and CC 74), you will not get the nice "wah-wah" effects :(

Note: This is an "imaginary" version of Side 2. It does not include "Curse of Baba Yaga", which I always considered to be just a "fill-in". This version has the central bit of Baba Yaga, as composed by Moussorgsky, reinstated as a nice Greg Lake bass solo.

All files sequenced by Mike Le Voi. The Orchestral Score was reconstructed from the Two Piano Version and some helpful hints from a few friends. All files contain some minor errors which do not affect the overall sound. However, the errors do make it easy for these files to be traced. Don't even think about trying to reproduce the score from these files!

Note: Please remember - all these sequences are for private use only. No commercial use allowed!

Also included in this collection:

The XG version was sent to me by Bryan Glasper - sequencer unknown.

Note: All files play back perfectly on a Roland Sound Canvas SC-8850 and include numerous SYSEX stuff to set up reverb effects, pan, chorus etc. If your synth is not GS/SC-8850 compatible, I'm sorry. The songs also play back fine on Yamaha XG. The 3rd movement requires a sound module with 64 voice polyphony. Some lesser sound cards may therefore miss out some of the notes!

Now ready - Keith Emerson Favourites

The above 4 files have all been magnificently sequenced by Thomas Müller. The Nice "5 Bridges" files are original. "Little Town" started life as a basic sequence from Bruno Cordier, then it got added to by me, then it was completely overhauled by Thomas. The piano solos are absolutely amazing. In fact, all these sequences are excellent!

PS Go out and buy Keith's CD -"Keith Emerson Band" - you will enjoy it!
